Service Description
A relaxing yoga session designed to introduce kids to mindfulness, an important tool to help them navigate this challenging stage when life is constantly filled with stimulation and changes. Gentle movements combined with intentional breathing will allow them to recover and reconnect with their bodies easing feelings of overwhelm. This is an opportunity to introduce them to tools that will benefit them through out life. This group practice can be scheduled for a special event or ongoing at your location of choice.
